Hold the hand you are fitting still. Use the other controller’s ray and trigger to adjust it.
First compare Controllers only with how you hold them. Then compare the gloves and check the tools. No cubes, timer or scoring run here.
Reference: Quest Touch Plus. Different controller profiles are shown in VR and included in the report. Gloves have fixed finger poses. Left-hand adjustments move the fitted shield and glove together; 15° / 10° / 135° retains the accepted shield mount.
